Does StayTurn submit requests for you or decide what evidence is accepted?
No. StayTurn organizes the records you enter. You decide what to submit, and the platform, insurer, owner, guest, or other reviewer decides what it accepts.
Technical details
Runs in your browser on your computer. Primary path: Chrome or Edge on desktop. Phone install is optional (Add to Home Screen). Full test status is listed in the browser support notes below; we show gaps instead of hiding them.
Local market context, included. Beside your own records, StayTurn includes dated local market and county-risk snapshots built from public data, plus permit and tax reference links for supported cities. Every table shows its source and date. The earnings importer reads Airbnb and Vrbo host exports on your computer and keeps amounts in the file’s own currency. - Windows Chrome: DEVICE-VERIFIED August 15, 2026. Automated buyer-journey run in Chrome 151 on a Windows 11 machine: stay creation, Stay record ZIP export, Turn prep, demo load and reset, reload persistence, and offline shell open passed at 390, 768, 1024, and 1440 pixel widths.
- Windows Edge: DEVICE-VERIFIED August 15, 2026. The same buyer-journey run passed in Edge on the same machine at all four widths.
- macOS Safari: NOT VERIFIED. No current StayTurn test pass recorded.
- iPhone Safari: DOCUMENTED PATH, NOT TESTED. Install path documented by Apple support; no StayTurn device run.
- Android Chrome: NOT VERIFIED. Install path documented by Google support; no StayTurn device run.
- Install behavior: IMPLEMENTED, NOT DEVICE-VERIFIED. Browser install is capability guarded and production only.
- Offline behavior: VERIFIED August 15, 2026. The app shell opened with the network disabled after a first visit in the August 15 run.
- Host-owned folder workflow: IMPLEMENTED, NOT DEVICE-VERIFIED. Desktop Chromium can reconnect to a selected folder while the browser is open. Automatic background synchronization is not included.
