  • StayTurn runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer; only the downloadable kit needs Chrome or Edge on a computer. Local use needs no account. Shared workspaces need sign-in and verified access.
  • Link-only cleaners and contributors need no account or purchase. There is no subscription.

iPhone app

  • The iPhone app is a $19.99 one-time download on the App Store, and it includes Solo. Sign in and tap Restore purchases to connect it.
  • Stays saved on your device need no workspace account or in-app purchase.

In-app workspace purchase

  • Solo, Team and Unlimited are one-time purchases for a connected workspace. If you bought the iPhone app, you already have Solo.
  • Connected workspaces need an internet connection, sign-in and verified access to synchronize records and files across devices.
  • Cleaner invitations use a connected workspace. Cleaners use their invitation link without an account or purchase.
Delivery, refunds and the fine print

Delivery

Instant digital delivery after payment. Nothing ships. A Shop account is optional; choose Not now.

Refunds

If something goes wrong within 14 days (a duplicate purchase, files you cannot open, or a product that does not match its description), the Refund policy covers restored access, replacement files, or a refund. See also the Delivery policy.

Local and connected records

Local work needs no account and stays on your device unless you share it. In the online app, a connected workspace synchronizes saved records and encrypted files across devices for authorized operators, with 10 GiB of encrypted file storage per workspace. Sign in to the account authorized for your workspace.

What StayTurn does not do

It does not file claims, contact booking platforms, quote or bind insurance, dispatch providers or take payments on your behalf. Public market figures are labelled as public data, never as a quote or a booking forecast. Research and checklists support your work; they do not replace qualified legal, tax, insurance or equipment-safety advice.

Browsers

Windows Chrome and Edge: verified August 15, 2026 (stay creation, record export, turn prep, demo load and reset, reload persistence and offline open at 390, 768, 1024 and 1440 pixels). These viewport checks do not establish testing on a physical phone. macOS Safari, iPhone Safari and Android Chrome browser workflows: not verified in this register. Desktop folder access requires Chrome or Edge. Native app tests are separate from browser tests.

Phone apps

Bought the iPhone app? It includes Solo. Sign in and tap Restore purchases before buying here. The Android app installs from Google Play. Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made in their stores.
