Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

StayTurn currently sells digital products only. No physical item will be shipped, and no shipping fee applies.

After successful payment, download access is provided electronically through the order confirmation, order-status page, or email associated with the order. Delivery is normally prompt, but email filters, payment review, or temporary technical issues can cause a delay.

If you do not receive or cannot access your download, check your spam or promotions folder and then contact bloodryan@gmail.com with your order number. We will verify the order and restore access or provide replacement files.
