Refund policy

Digital product refunds

StayTurn products are delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, purchases are generally final after download access has been provided.

If you made a duplicate purchase, cannot access the files, receive corrupted files, or believe the product materially differs from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase at bloodryan@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work to restore access, replace the files, or issue a refund when appropriate.

Before delivery

If fulfillment has not yet occurred, you may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after download access has been issued.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, we will provide it.
