A host starts a stay, prepares the turn with a checklist for that property, hands the cleaner one link that opens on a phone with no app and no account, reviews the cleaner's photos before they join the record, keeps photos and costs with the stay, reads dated public market data for the ZIP, and drafts a reply to the guest review for the host to edit. The market panel runs on U.S. public data and needs a five digit ZIP. The checklist, the cleaner link, the photos and costs, and the record don't use it. StayTurn sends no messages, files no claims and takes no payments on a host's behalf, and it is not a PMS.
Start with one message
