6. Answer the review

Paste the guest review, add what you found and fixed, and edit the reply StayTurn drafts. You post it yourself. StayTurn posts nothing.

The cleaner handoff

Your cleaner gets one link for the stay. It opens on their phone with nothing to install and no account to make. They take the photos, the photos come to you, and you decide what joins the record. If you already have a cleaner you trust, nothing about their day changes except where the photos end up. On your side, you sign in to a connected workspace in the web app to make the link.

Every value carries its source, its period and the date it was retrieved. It is context for your decisions, never a forecast, a valuation or advice for a specific property.
