Define complete
Decide what a complete stay record contains for your properties: before and after photos by room, receipts for the turn, notes, the cleaner handoff, and any decision you made about the stay. Anything missing is a gap, not a judgment about a guest.
Review by property, then by stay
Start with the property that has the most open items, then open its stays. Fix the gaps you can still fix (a receipt you forgot to attach, a note you meant to write) and accept the ones you cannot.
