Owning your records: backup, export, and the folder you control

A record you cannot open without a subscription, an account, or a vendor's goodwill is not fully yours. Ownership means the files sit where you can reach them, in formats you can read without the tool that made them.

Export in formats that outlive the tool

PDF for the packet a reader will see, and a spreadsheet for the rows you will sort and total. Both should preserve your labels and dates.

Back up on a schedule

Choose a folder you control (local, or a drive you already sync) and put a dated backup there on a cadence you will keep. Verify that a backup opens before you rely on it.

What StayTurn does here

StayTurn runs on your device with no account and no subscription. Export a stay as a dated packet in PDF and Excel. Build a Backup Pack, verify a saved pack, and restore from it. The host-owned folder workflow keeps the files where you choose. Updates to the current StayTurn kit are included when published.

StayTurn files nothing, submits nothing, decides nothing, contacts no platform, and is not affiliated with Airbnb. It is not a PMS, not pricing, not scheduling, not review automation, not insurance, and not legal advice.
