The cleaner handoff: how photos reach the record without an account

The weakest point in most stay records is the handoff. The cleaner has the photos on a phone; the host has the record somewhere else; the two meet in a text thread that nobody can find a month later.

Ask for the same shots every time

Name the rooms and surfaces you want covered before and after, and keep the list the same for every turn. A cleaner who knows the list does not need to guess, and a missing shot shows up as a gap instead of a surprise.

Keep the cleaner out of your accounts

Your cleaner or co-host should not need a login to your tools to hand you a photo. A per-stay link that accepts photos and nothing else keeps your record under your control and keeps their phone out of your systems.

What StayTurn does here

Photo Drop gives each stay its own link. Cleaner and co-host photos arrive as pending items until you accept them into the record. A turn handoff receipt records who handed off what and when. Field contributions count toward the stay's readiness, so a missing cleaner photo appears as an open item. No cleaner account, scheduling, payment, or status tracking is involved.

StayTurn files nothing, submits nothing, decides nothing, contacts no platform, and is not affiliated with Airbnb. It is not a PMS, not pricing, not scheduling, not review automation, not insurance, and not legal advice.
