Your purchase includes the StayTurn kit download and the online app. The download button is on the order confirmation page the moment checkout completes, and the same link arrives by email. If the email is not in your inbox, check spam or promotions before contacting support.
Start here. Open StayTurn in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Start a stay, add the work, and view the record.
To use the downloadable kit: Unzip it on a computer and open OPEN-STAYTURN.html in Chrome or Edge. Desktop folder access requires Chrome or Edge. For quicker access on a phone or tablet, add the web app to your home screen if your browser supports it.
Run the stay. Keep the record. StayTurn keeps each stay's turn prep, cleaner handoff, photos, receipts, notes, costs, and hosting decisions together, and the record is ready whenever you want it: one organized record per stay, available to download when you need it.
Your records stay yours. Local records stay on your device unless you share them. In a connected workspace, saved records and files synchronize for authorized operators, with server-managed encryption. Existing device records join only when you choose to include them. StayTurn does not submit claims, contact a booking platform, or determine any payout, approval, review, or platform outcome.

Open the online app at app.stayturn.co/app/. In Workspace, sign in with the Shopify account associated with your StayTurn order, then choose your workspace and whether to include existing device records.
If access is not found, check the purchase account or invitation and contact support before purchasing again.
