Access your StayTurn web console
Your StayTurn Evidence Kit purchase includes access to the live web console.
The download and access link arrives by email from your order. Open that email on your phone or computer and use the provided link to retrieve the fulfilled kit materials and enter the console.
You can also open the console directly at app.stayturn.co.
StayTurn runs in the browser you already have. On a supported mobile browser, you can install it for quicker access without using an app store.
The console organizes before photos, receipts, turn logs, file source notes, handoff records, express baselines, review-dispute records, and claim packet exports by stay.
StayTurn does not submit claims, contact a booking platform, screen guests, or determine any payout, approval, review, or platform outcome.
If your order email is missing, check the spam or promotions folder before contacting support.
Privacy: file bytes never touch StayTurn infrastructure.
